Absolutely nothing about this is "melting". Biscuit is hard and the cream was overly dense.
Not a hint of lemon either.

I just bought a packet from Woolworths. I remember the old Kez's Kitchen melting moments that came in the packet with I think strawberry and chocolate flavours. I loved them. They had a lovely mouth feel and would be soft and would give slightly when you took a bite, really decadent. Unfortunately, the current recipe is very dry. It doesn't feel like a melting moment. The lemon filling tastes nice and the texture feels right.I'm really glad that other people enjoy them but they definitely have a no gluten texture about them.
