CHOCOLATE NUT BALLS
SERVE: MAKES 10 BALLS
TOTAL PREP TIME: 15 MINS PLUS REFRIDGERATION TIME
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Kez's Kitchen Gluten Free Chocolate Cream Princeton's
- 100g Condensed Milk
- 2 tbs Cocoa Powder
- 50g Chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
WHAT TO DO:
Blitz the Kez's Kitchen Chocolate Cream Princeton's, walnuts and cocoa in a food processor until they are crumb-like consistency.
Pour over the condensed milk and stir until combined.
Measure 1 dessert spoon of mixture and roll into small balls.
Roll into coconut and refrigerate until required.
