CARAMEL WHITE CHOC CHIP BETTER BIKKIE BAKES CHRISTMAS OATY PUDDING

PUDDING
- 4 - 5 Caramel White Choc Better Bikkie Bakes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk of choice
- 1/3 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 2 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 3-4 tsp Maple Syrup
- 100 g White Chocolate melted
- 2-3 tsp Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Butter or Coconut Oil
- Christmas Sprinkles to decorate
CHRISTMAS SPRINKLES
- 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
- 3-5 tsp Milk of choice
In a bowl add in your wet ingredients- Eggs, Milk, Maple Syrup, White Chocolate, Caramel Sauce, Vanilla, Coconut Oil, mix together well until combined nicely.
Mix together well, it should bind together like a cake batter.
Set your oven to 165 degrees and pop your batter into ramekins get a deep tray of boiling water ( be careful doing this ) and cover the ramekins with silver foil and let them cook in the tray of water in the oven !
Check after 15 minutes the texture should be half pudding like In the centre and half cake like around the edges.
Take it out then set aside.
While the pudding is cooking in the oven. Add 1/2 cup Icing Sugar to a bowl and mix together a few tsp of Milk to create a thick icing then drizzle this icing on top of the pudding and decorate with crushed up Better Bikkie Bakes and Christmas sprinkles !
