    Ingredients

    These used to be my favourite cookies and my go to when i would be food shopping, unfortunately i can no longer eat them as they may contain nuts and if i come in contact with them i’ll become very sick. I hope one day you can make these where there is no risk on nuts contaminated. I miss eating them so much😭

    Absolutely nothing about this is "melting". Biscuit is hard and the cream was overly dense.

    Not a hint of lemon either.
