We’ve started dreaming of warmer days, so it's only natural to start turning towards the cold and delicious fruit and vegetable options that are available in smoothie bowls and drinks. Here are our top picks for the best places to get your smoothie fix.

If you are in Melbourne, why not check out The Smoothie Box for some healthy smoothie treats. They deliver straight to your door, making them the perfect family treat. You could even surprise someone you know who is in need of a little pick me up, by sending them one of their beautiful box combinations.

Sydney folks should head to Warren and Holt’s beautiful café to sample the naughty but nice chocolate and peanut butter smoothie, or sample the lovely café menu. You could also head to Orchard Street for specialist smoothies and elixirs curated by naturopaths.

If in Brisbane, get over to Charlies Raw Squeeze cafes (there are a couple of locations to choose from,  or if you are on the Gold Coast head to Raw Energy in Coolangatta for your smoothie fix.

Perth people can head to Mother in Fremantle. Formerly called the Raw Kitchen, it has an exciting selection of smoothies and food that will delight your tastebuds. We recommend trying the Gingerbread smoothie for a tasty health experience.

PINK SMOOTHIE DELIGHT

Ingredients
1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
1 cup Natural Yogurt
1 1/2 cups Fresh Strawberries
1 cup Frozen or Fresh Raspberries
1 tablespoon of Honey
2 tablespoons Kez's Kitchen Roasted Almond, Honey and Chia Cereal

Method
Blitz all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a glass and top with 2 tbs of our delicious Kez’s Kitchen Roasted Almond, Honey and Chia Cereal for a fabulous crunch.
