Snacking for grown-ups

Sometimes we are so busy taking care of everyone else that we forget to put a little time and thought into our own healthy eating habits. That’s why here at Kez’s Kitchen we have picked three quick and easy grown up snacks for you to pack and go!

2 x Cans of Chickpeas (in brine)
Olive Oil Spray
Sea Salt/Pepper to taste. (Add some Paprika or other dried herb for some extra taste)

Preheat oven to 180 C degrees
Simply drain your Chickpeas, lay them on an oven tray lined with baking paper, spray with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Sea Salt. Place them in the oven for 40 minutes or until crunchy.
